Well hello again Canada!


It was a bit windy in this section...










Camping with a view.


Glaciers, glaciers, and more glaciers...






The sign is self explanatory, and probably all you'd wanna see of Dawson Creek anyway.


These Pilot Cars are at many road construction sites and they are terribly slow, and mostly unnecessary.  All in the interest of safety, safety, safety.  Let's be safe now.  Let's not use our common sense. 


Lots of bison/buffalo (are they the same thing??)








Here at the side of the road doing repairs, I met Rosie, Mark and John.  Rosie is running, yes running, around the world.  A very impressive person.  See her site at www.rosiearoundtheworld.co.uk

Got to Dawson City and ran into some guys running the Alcan 5000, a road rally / timekeeping event.


Shared some camping space with Norman and Maggie, a very nice Irish couple just finishing their ride from Argentina.  They invited me to breakfast, told me some stories, gave me some advice...  Great to meet you guys!!

      We spoke at the restaurant in Coldfoot. I have a photo of your bike at the sign in front of the lodge in Deadhorse but I must convert it to digital. You passed our van just south of the Atigun Pass (and the snow). I will send the photo as soon as I can convert it to digital. I only wish I had known about your trip through our area (southeastern Ohio). We think the Ohio Valley on both the Oh and WV sides make for some of the best riding you'll find. Too bad we couldn't share our hospitality with you. Next time through, you can contact us for some back roads that aren't posted on maps.
